Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Hotel partners may choose payout schedules including instant, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly settlements.

6. Hotel Partner Responsibilities

Hotel partners are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date listings

• Honoring confirmed bookings

• Delivering services as described on the Platform

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the Platform, interfere with system operations, or violate applicable laws or regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Naija Hotels acts solely as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for hotel service quality, on-site disputes, or guest-hotel conflicts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
